Season 6 Spoiler Topic

Question: Any scoop on 24?— Jaclyn Z.

Ausiello: A character with the last name Bauer will apparently get whacked around Episode 19, per Entertainment Weekly. Unless Jack has another secret relative out there somewhere, I've identified the candidates as daughter Kim, dad Phillip, sister-in-law Marilyn and "nephew" Josh.
Personally, I 'd be cool with losing all of them.

Question: What the heck is going on with Chloe on 24? I'm loving the show this season, but for a second-billed character, she isn't doing very much. Got any scoop on what's coming up for her?— Nicole

Ausiello: Well, she won't be tasering any annoying drunkards, if that's what you mean. She will, however, begin to suspect that (Spoiler alert) Morris (a recovering alcoholic) is back on the sauce, and she'll be forced to cover for him when he starts shirking his CTU duties. She's also going to have a funny exchange with Gregory Itzin when the ex-prez winds up in a waiting room at CTU.

No games or puzzles this time around. Just straight spoilers.

      CTU gets hacked.

Marilyn reveals a shocking revelation to Jack. AUDREY IS DEAD. Big shock right? Marilyn tells how she died in a car accident in China and Jack is shocked. He is furious and he fears that she was murdered by Chinese operatives as she attempted to find Jack. Jack goes looking for answers.

Chloe and the others are busy working on finding the drones. CTU knows they are going operational and they are running out of time. CTU initiates satellite coverage and Morris eventually realizes that one of the drones has taken off. The drone is fully armed with a nuke and it’s heading towards some city in the West.

Karen realizes she needs to align herself with Tom Lennox. The two agree that they dislike each other immensely but they both realize they need to work together for the good of the country.

Jack catches up with Buchannan and voices his opinion about Audrey’s death. Jack swears revenge on those responsible and it’s apparent this will be touched upon later in the season.

Milo is acting shady with Nadia.

The drones target is San Francisco. As they are tracking it, it suddenly vanishes. Nobody knows what has happened… has it crashed? Has it released the nuke? Where is it!!!??? CTU has been hacked and the hacker has made the drone vanish from CTU's systems. Jack must rush to find the hacker and somehow save shaky town from imminent doom.

I'm hearing that Graham isn't Josh's father and that the real father is someone we know very well.

________: Get in, Jack. There's a lot I have to tell you.

Who do YOU think it will be??

One person i know summed it up perfectly:

Chief on the 24 Community posted:

Wow, I honestly think it IS Tony. I've slammed people countless times in the past for saying he's still alive, but look:

      - This would certainly be a shocking ending to the season worthy of the final moments of a season.

      - It would definitely shock Jack.

      - Producers have said they've regretted the way they handled Tony's death.

      - I don't know anything that Carlos Bernard is doing in the near future, although that doesn't really mean anything I guess.

      - The way this season has been throwing ridiculous nonsensical twists at us left and right this year, Tony coming back to life isn't much of a stretch for them.

      - This would be the ultimate crowd-pleaser......at least until next season when they give us two sentences of dialogue to explain how and why Tony faked his death.

      __________

Karen: Bill, the DOJ investigator found out about Seattle - when you and Homeland had Fayed in custody.
Bill: We did everything by the book. I can deal with DOJ
K: The problem is, Bill - I can't let this touch me.
      B: What?
K: If I'm going to stay on as the National Security Advisor, there can't be any hint of impropriety.
B: Do you think I would implicate you?
K: No, but others will. The pundits, the press, anyone looking to attack the Presidency.
      B: I'm not sure I know what you're saying.
K: You're going to have to step down, immediately.
B: Are you asking me to hand in a resignation?
K: No, Bill. It's an order. I have to fire you - it's the only way this can work.
      B: Fire me?
      K: Yes.
B: Do you not realize what this means? We're talking about the end of my career, Karen.
K: It might be worse than that.
B: Then, why are you doing this. I'm your husband, for chris'sake!
K: You don't think I've thought this through? That I don't know what it's going to mean for you...?
B: The public will make connections that don't exist. 15,000 Americans dead. Bill Buchanan had the man responsible and released him. I'll go to prison.
      K: Not necessarily.
      B: Oh, that's reassuring.
K: I took an oath, Bill. I have to protect the President. This is the only way this can play out - I have to put distance between you and me.
      B: I can't believe I'm hearing this.
K: We'll get through this, please trust me. I love you. That's all that matters.
      B: Apparently, not.
      K: Bill...
B: I want to get off now.

Buchanan hangs up. STAY ON Karen who holds the phone in her hand... then, puts it down. Her patriotism may have just caused her marriage to fall apart. She starts to cry.

      ______

Und ncoch etwas zu Episode 24:
All I will say for now (for a reason) is that holy god, its going to leave you on a major cliffhanger like season 5.
